CV's May Not Be Needed For Much Longer When Applying For Jobs

One employer says they may discriminate by focusing too much on education levels.

It looks like the days of the CV could be numbered.

Major drinks employer Molson Coors says jobseekers no longer need to submit CVs when applying for roles with them.

It says video job applications are the future of recruitment and CVs may discriminate by focusing too much on where a candidate went to school or college.
