New Survey: 19% Of Parents Skip A Meal To Ensure Their Children Eats

That's according to a new survey by Barnardos and Aldi Ireland.

19 percent of parents say they're skipped a meal or reduced their portion, to ensure their children eats.

That's according to a new survey by Barnardos and Aldi Ireland which found one in three people are now spending between 21 and 50 percent of their income of food

The majority of the respondents with kids said the rising cost of household finances is a main driver behind food poverty while 3 in 10 said access to affordable food was an issue for them.
