Euram Air Leases Ltd is buying .25 hectares for €32,000 and are expected to increase their workforce from 20 to 80.
Another site is going to Endrim Construction Services for €51,500, to construct industrial units for manufacturing and leading to a potential 75 jobs.
Both sales are subject to planning permission.
