A decision on the development in Kingscourt, Castlepollard has been given the green light

34 of the houses will be three-bed two-storey, a further eight are planned to be two-bed single-storey.

The remaining six are a combination of three-bed two-storey townhouse dwellings and three two bed apartments.

A creche will also be built under the apartments.

Associated site works will include all parking facilities, access roadways and private and public open spaces.

Approval was given by Westmeath County Council subject to 20 conditions.
