Named Paddy Garfield, was just six when he went missing.

A midlands cat has been reunited with its owners, nine years after it first went missing.

The pet, known as Paddy Garfield, went missing from his home in Longford in 2015 when he was just six years old.

His owners, Paddy and Lana, who live in Legan, were reunited with their feline friend after they saw a photo posted by a vet last month.

It's thought Paddy Garfield had been living outside of Longford Town, just 20 kilometres from his home.
