7 more cases were confirmed in Offaly yesterday, none in Laois.
An appeal's being made to everyone living in Laois, Offaly and Kildare to adhere to local lockdown measures, over fears some feel Covid-19 only affects areas near meat plants.
Cases have been recorded right across the three counties, as far west as Birr in Offaly, down to Abbeyleix in Laois, over the past 2 weeks.
40 more cases have been confirmed nationwide, and 1 new death, with three quarters of the cases in people under 45.
