The money, which was announced by the Rural and Community Development Minister today, will be used to upgrade the group's vehicles.
An Offaly community group is set to receive a €30,000 investment.
Kilcormac Meals On Wheels says it will use the money to upgrade the vehicles it uses to deliver food.
The group is responsible for up to 320 meals going out every week, spanning a 20 mile radius of the village.
Chairperson of the Kilcormac Development Association, Independent Councillor, John Leahy, says it's great news:
The funding was announced by Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys, who visited the village today to officially open the community's new sensory garden.
She says that facility will be a "welcome space for people of all ages and abilities."
Minister Humphreys was also in Offaly for Fine Gael's Think-In, which has been taking place in the Tullamore Court Hotel over the past two days.
She also officially opened the new Community Centre in Killeigh on Wednesday.
The sun was shining down in Kilcormac , County Offaly as we officially opened the community’s new sensory garden.
