The school teacher has been order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath.
The High Court has ruled Enoch Burke will be fined €700 for each day that he defies the court order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath.
It'll take effect from 2pm tomorrow, unless he agrees to purge his contempt before then.
Last year Mr Burke was jailed for failing to stay away from the Multyfarnham school when he was suspended from work.
He was dismissed from his teaching position last week.
Mr Burke opposes calling a child by their new name and the pronoun 'they'.
