A construction company is announcing the completion of a residential development in Westmeath.
Fitzpatrick & Heavey Group, currently has over 500 homes under construction across counties Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow, Cork and Cavan.
The latest project has delivered 35 homes, with 22 of those falling under the Affordable Purchase Scheme in partnership with Westmeath County Council.
The 3 and 4-bedroom houses were sold at an average price of €233,000.
Along with the plans in Moate, they are also scheduled to construct 215 new homes in Offaly, with 150 in Tullamore, and 75 homes in Birr.
