Four Angling Groups In Midlands Receive Funding Boost

Each will benefit from a share of €15,000 from the inland fisheries.

Anglers in the midlands are receiving a 15,000 euro boost in funding.

Inland Fisheries Ireland is allocating the money to four groups in the region, supported by the Dormant Account fund.

Mountmellick Angling Club will benefit from a 4,800 euro grant; Silver Anglers Kilcormac will receive 4,200 euro; 3,800 is going to Mullingar Tidy Towns' Fishing For All project; while the Junior Anglers in Tullamore and District are getting 2,500 euro.
