Grants of between €1,500 and €12,500 will be made available.
Midlands musicians will have access to support funding of €4 million over the next six months.
The Music and Entertainment Business Assistance Scheme will support self-employed performers, sole traders and businesses in the music industry to assist their recovery as restrictions ease.
Under the initiative, those with annual turnover of €15,000 or more can apply for grants of between €1,500 and €12,500.
