A midlands fundraiser has reached its target to get a young boy life-saving surgery.
Two-year-old Joey Conway, from Tullamore, was diagnosed with a rare condition called Portal Hypertension, which has life-threatening symptoms and leaves him sick on a regular basis.
An GoFundMe page aimed at helping Joey get surgery in Chicago has achieved its goal of €330,000.
His mum, Natalie Conway, says they it's hard to put into words how they're feeling:
