Mark Walsh passed away on Monday.
An Offaly man who died in a workplace incident is due to be laid to rest this week.
Daingean's Mark Walsh, who's recently been living in Portlaoise, passed away at a premises in Rochfortbridge on Monday morning.
He's been remembered as a hugely popular man, who had a rapport with everyone he met.
Mark's funeral mass is due to take place this Friday in St. Peter and Paul's Church in Portlaoise at 12pm.
He's survived by his wife Clare, and his two children, Fiadh and Daniel.
