Gardaí in Offaly have seized drugs worth over €28,455, along with €4,000 in cash.
The discoveries were made following the search of a man in Edenderry.
He was found in possession of €300 worth of crack cocaine, heroin to the value of a €100, and €105 in cash.
A subsequent search of a home in the town led to the discovery of €27,500 worth of heroin along with sedative tablets and €4,000 in cash.
The drugs and the money are now being sent forward for analysis.
