A Westmeath woman has described winning this year's Eurosong as "the golden card."
Kilbeggan's Larissa Tormey is one of the five writers behind "Laika Party"- the song that won Friday evening's The Late Late Show special.
It's now this years official Irish entry for the Eurovision Song Contest, set to take place in Basel in Switzerland.
Norwegian singer EMMY will fly the flag for Ireland when she preforms in the first half of the second semi final on May 15th.
