High Court Ruling On Compensation For Pub Owners Described As "Landmark Decision"

A ruling handed down in the High Court today, relating to the compensation of pubs for disruption during the covid-19 pandemic, is being described as a landmark decision. 

It added further detail to an earlier judgement that insurance companies were liable for losses sustained by publicans due to an infectious disease clause in their policy.
