Laois County Council Environmental Patrol Unit has since cleaned up the sites.
Illegal dumping has been found on the site of an old burial ground for unbaptised babies in Laois.
Children's toys and used nappies were among items found dumped at Tonduff, just outside Abbeyleix, yesterday morning.
Also in Laois, items of furniture were found discarded along the Raheenabrouge road over the weekend.
Laois County Council Environmental Patrol Unit has since cleaned up both sites and disposed of rubbish.
