The company denies a recent suggestion by Laois TD Sean Fleming that it kept this information to issue a fine of 1,400 euro to one of his constituents after their pass had expired.
It says it contacted the Department of Social Protection about the passenger and that no details from the Public Services Card are retained.
Spokesperson Barry Kenny wants the Public Accounts Committee chairman to retract his comments:
