Laois Business Awarded Top Innovation Award

It's one of four companies in Ireland to receive the award this year.

A Laois company has become one of only four in Ireland to win a top innovation award.

Midland Steel, which makes reinforced steel products, has been awarded Exemplar status by InterTradeIreland.

The family-owned business, based in Mountmellick, as well as London, Newcastle and Scotland, collaborated with Queen’s University to develop new, cutting-edge processes.
