The midlands is set to see more snow and freezing conditions over the next 24 hours.
Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise is confirming they'll be cancelling outpatient appointments for another day due to the adverse weather conditions.
Anybody with an appointment set for tomorrow will contacted directly by the hospital today.

Meanwhile most homes across the Midlands have had their power restored following the start of the cold snap.
Shortages in Laois are mostly around Portlaoise, with over 550 customers having their power restored over the course of this morning.
Only ten businesses around the area currently remain without power.
While in Offaly, around 39 people have had power restored in Birr.
Regional Manager for ESB Siobhan Wynne says it could take some days for power to be restored:
The nationwide Status Yellow low temperature and ice warning has been extended until midnight on Thursday.
Met Eireann has also issued a separate 24-hour Status Yellow snow and ice alert, which will come into effect at 12 o'clock this afternoon.

Laois County Council is continuing to fight frost, ice and snow, as many parts of the county feel the effects of prolonged wintry downpours over the weekend.
Winter maintenance crews, and duty engineers have been salting approximately 500 kilometres of priority routes since Friday.
The local authority says they're concerned difficult travelling conditions will persist until Thursday.
