Gardaí arrested the motorist, who was already disqualified from driving and had a suspended sentence.
Gardaí in Laois have arrested a driver, after testing positive to cocaine.
The Laois Roads Policing Unit found - on Saturday morning - the motorist was already disqualified from driving for six years with a six month suspended sentence.
The vehicle was also not insured and was seized by gardaí.
The driver has been charged and will be brought before the courts.
