The Department of Agriculture is putting up over €4m in funding.
614 farmers across the midlands will receive over €383,200 under the second year of the Government's CSP Dairy Beef Welfare scheme.
The Department of Agriculture set up the scheme to support farmers in improving the health of the national dairy herd for eligible calves born during the year of 2024.
The biggest number of participants is in Laois, as 258 farmers get a total amount of €165,189.
In Offaly, 217 farmers will get a total payment of €131,955.
And in Westmeath, just over €86,000 will be spread across the county to 139 eligible herds.
Nationally, over 7,600 farmers will benefit from a payment of €4.73m.
