It'll be located at Hodson Bay, as part of the Shannon Masterplan.
The midlands will have a new, major eco-tourism development at the Hodson Bay resort.
Yewpoint, a 145-acre special conservation area at Lough Ree, is set to become an eco-hub as part of the Shannon Masterplan.
There will be no cars and the new eco villages will be solar-powered.
The site was purchased recently by the O'Sullivan family with investor support and will provide between 20 and 30 jobs.
