Man Behind Liverpool Parade Incident Appearing In Court Today

The incident injured many in May, including Portlaoise man Gary Hearns.

A man accused of driving into crowds at Liverpool Football Club's title parade is due to appear in court today.
 
More than 130 people including Portlaoise's Gary Hearns were injured at the celebrations on the 26th of May.
 
53-year-old Paul Doyle, who's from Croxteth, faces two counts of wounding with intent, and one of dangerous driving.
 
Today's appearance is a plea and trial preparation hearing.
