Gardaí initially called to a house to execute a number of court orders.
A man in his 30s has been charged in relation to a shooting incident in which three Gardaí were injured in the midlands.
It happened yesterday morning in Longford.
Gardai called to a house in Edgeworthstown to execute a number of court orders.
Shortly after officers arrived at the home, a man present allegedly fired what is believed to be a pellet gun a number of times at unarmed Gardai.
Three Gardai received minor injuries, and are being provided with welfare supports.
