The CEO of a Midlands based recruitment company says managers need to start accounting for hybrid work where possible.
A new analysis from European job-posting platform JobLeads shows just 3.7% of jobs in Ireland are fully remote, with 83% requiring working on site every day.
It also found that around 26 to 30% of these roles are available to those earning between €100,000 to €150,000 euro.
