A Midlands 103 host is being named Managing Partner at a HR Firm.
Ronan Berry, who presents Taking Care of Business on Tuesday evenings, is taking on the role of Managing Partner at O’Reilly Consulting Group, as SMEs grapple with increasingly complex employment laws and persistent hiring challenges.
Mr Berry has spent over eight years engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs and policymakers on Midlands 103, developing an insight into the challenges facing SMEs locally and nationally.
He has also returns to the company, having worked there in 2018.
Speaking about his new role he says 'there’s a clear shift happening, the level of complexity is increasing, and many SMEs are finding it harder to keep up'.
