Midlands EV Popularity Drops Significantly

The popularity of electric vehicles in the midlands has dropped significantly.

New figures from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show demand for EVs fell by over 30% in both Offaly and Westmeath, when compared to this time last year.

In Laois, there has been no change.

Nationally, the sale of EVs fell again in March, the fourth year-on-year decline in the last 7 months.
