Here's the full list of where and when you can avail of free parking this month.
Public parking concessions are being offered to shoppers across the midlands this Christmas.
Each of the local authorities is taking the measure in an effort to encourage people into our town centres throughout the month of December.
Here's full run-down of where and when you can avail of free parking around the region...
LAOIS
Charges are being waived in public parking areas in Portarlington, Mountmellick and Portlaoise over the next two Saturdays, 11th and 18th.
In support of shopping local in the lead-in to Christmas, @LaoisCouncil has announced that no parking charges will apply to Laois County Council operated public parking spaces in #Portlaoise, #Portarlington and #Mountmellick on Saturday, December 11th and 18th.

OFFALY
In Birr, the first hour is currently free in all on-street and car park areas until 31st December.
Marion Hall carpark is also free every day until New Year's Eve.
In Tullamore, the first hour of parking in all on-street and car park areas is free until 31st December.
And in Edenderry, the first two hours of on-street parking are from Monday 13th to Thursday 23rd December.
On-street parking on Saturdays is also free for the entire month of December.
WESTMEATH
A public parking charge waiver will also be in place in Athlone between Friday 17th and Friday 24th December.
In Mullingar, free parking is available in council car parks on Saturday 11th, Friday 17th, Saturday 18th, Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th December.
