A Midlands man who runs survival training camps, assisted Gardaí in locating four teenagers lost in a forest over the weekend.
Robert Wallace from Westshore Survival in Athlone, helped locate four teenagers who were lost in Monkslands forest on Saturday.
Despite having his own knee injury at the time, he brought them back safely through thick and dense wilderness.
He says temperatures were dropping and darkness was setting in when he found the teenagers:
