A new large retail store is on its way to Offaly.
James Grennan has been granted planning permission by the local authority for the development on Bridge Street, Kilcormac.
As one of the conditions of approval being granted, the developer is required to resurface the width of the of the adjoining N52 road for a length of 17 metres on either side of the property.
The store has also been given strict opening hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
