Both projects were hit by substantial delays in 2023.
Over 100 families fleeing the war in Ukraine are in the process of moving to the midlands.
The Department of Integration has confirmed 64 families have already moved into a site in Clonminch, Tullamore.
While another 42 are expected to arrive at their temporary accommodation in Rathdowney next week, which would mean both sites will be at their previously stated capacity.
The units were subject to a number of delays earlier this year, which the Department says came as a result of issues relating to site conditions, remedial works, boundaries or ESB connections.
It says they expect more sites to be established in the first quarter of next year.
