The cost of a 3 bed semi-detached house in the Midlands increased by 9.7% in the last 12 months.
That's according the latest report from the Real Estate Alliance.
The biggest increase in the region came in Offaly, a price of €289,000 euro is up 11.2% when compared to the same time last year.
The cost of a 3 bed semi-d in Westmeath is €355,000, that's an increase of 10.9%.
While in Laois a 7.1% increase over 12 months translates to a cost of €300,000.
