Midlands Towns Set For A €750,000 Makeover

It's part of a €7m Streetscape Enhancement Initiative announced by the government. 

Just under €750,000 is being allocated to improve shopfronts and streets in midlands towns.

Local authorities across Ireland have been assigned a budget based on the number of towns in the county. 

Offaly and Laois will receive €260,000 each while Westmeath is being given €220,000 euro for improvements.
