Mullingar Hospital Move Remembrance Service Online

It's been unable to take place in the traditional manner.

Mullingar Regional Hospital's annual remembrance service is moving online.

An event is held as a mark of respect to those who have lost their lives throughout the year.

It can't take place in the usual manner due to covid-19 restrictions, so the hospital has shared a video ceremony on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter instead.

It features members from all walks of life at the facility, socially distancing and holding candles in a moment of reflection:
