An affordable housing scheme in the midlands is open for applications.
Westmeath County Council have opened an online portal to accept applications for the Bower Hill Scheme is now live.
It will remain open for three weeks until midnight, Monday 7th of November 2022.
A total of 10 affordable homes, consisting of one, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, are being made available for sale by the local authority, under affordable dwelling purchase arrangements in accordance with the Affordable Housing Act 2021.
The properties are open to people who are first time buyers or qualify under the ‘Fresh Start Principle’. Applications will be assessed in line with the Westmeath County Council Scheme of Priority.
