An Offaly man who lost his life in a road crash last week is being remembered as a man who loved his family and worked for everything he wanted.
Stephen Mooney lost his life after the van he was driving was struck by a crane which came loose from a truck on Wednesday morning last week.
His Funeral Mass took place at St Mary's Church in Edenderry this afternoon where a number of gifts were brought to the alter.
Family and friends brought a sod of turf and kindling for his love of the bog, along with a cap from an AC/DC, and his bike helmet for his love of music and motorbikes.
