That's the first hand experience of an Offaly parent who spent 5 days in Temple Street hospital with his daughter.
Many health and safety issues were observed in the hospital with parents required to sleep on the floor, to stay with their children overnight.
Ferbane's Kevin Doyle who is also a Journalist with the Irish Independent says, there is a lack of privacy for patients when exchanging medical history with doctors and staff, as no rooms are available.
