Layla De Jager is featured in RTE doc 'Bad Nanny' talking on her experience with Samantha Cookes.
"A Mary Poppins-like character" - that's the first impression a serial scammer left on an Offaly woman before being hired as an au pair.
Bad Nanny focuses on the victims of cons carried out by British woman Samantha Cookes that she's never been convicted for.
That's despite Ms Cookes currently being in prison for welfare fraud.
She spent some time in Edenderry, before being hired in 2015 to mind the children of Tullamore woman Layla De Jager.
Ms De Jager says she found out about Ms Cooke's past through notes after she left:
