Family carers save the state up to €10 billion each year.
People are being asked to upload a video of them dancing to social media - to raise awareness of family carers.
Twist and Shine is a fundraiser to help support the 355,000 people across the country who care for a family member - with claims they save the state up to 10 billion euro a year.
A €4 donation can be sent to the cause through a text line, with €3.60 going to the charity.
