There is a total of 173 premises affected in the Midlands.
Over a hundred homes and businesses across the Midlands are still without power following Storm Ashley.
Offaly has the most power outages at 78, followed by 43 in Westmeath and 30 in Laois.
Nationally, 16,000 remain without power, with most of those expected to be switched back on this afternoon.
In Offaly, faults are expected to be returned around quarter past five.
ESB customers in Laois can expected to be reconnected around two pm.
