It includes a six-unit data centre and a decentralised energy resource, using advanced solid-oxide fuel cells.
A 410-acre solar farm is also part of the proposal, with the firm seeking a 10-year planning window for the development.
The application follows a ruling in May by An Coimisiún Pleanála that the project is not classified as Strategic Infrastructure Development, placing the decision with the local authority.
