Two developments will see the construction of 100 units in Birr, if given the green light.
Two new proposals could see over 100 homes delivered to an Offaly town.
Offaly County Council is due to make decisions on the projects in June.
Eoin Garry is seeking planning permission for 66 homes on the Railway Road in Birr.
Those will be a mix of 20 houses, which will be either three or four-bedrooms, and 46 'build-to-rent' apartments.
That project will also see the provision of a new distributor road, pathways and a cycle track.
The other development is hoping to build 58 new homes in Birr, but in the Townparks and Seffin area.
Beech Avenue Properties would build a mix of two, three and four-bedroom housing units, while that project will also see the construction of a new distributor road.
Offaly County Council is due to make a decision on both of those proposals on June 5th.
