Its latest analysis forecasts an average increase of 7.6% in counties outside Dublin.
Kildare is the county with the highest predicted increase of 20%, followed by Laois, where hikes of 10% to 15% are expected.
Co. Monaghan is the county with the smallest predicted increase at 4%.
