It's all taking place this Monday at 2pm in Market Square.
Let's March Mullingar are organising a second protest in relation to the ongoing congestion problems in the town.
It'll take place this Monday February 24th at 2pm starting at Market Square.
A new traffic flow system was implemented at the end of November but was altered to flashing amber lights by Westmeath County Council following the first demonstration on December 16th.
The protest comes as a special meeting of councillors and Westmeath County Council takes place to discuss the issue.
