The consultation will assess what sports should be included in the county's new Regional Sports Complex.
The sports needs of Westmeath will be targeted as part of a new public consultation.
The local authority is asking residents, community groups, sports clubs and key stakeholders to have their say on the new Regional Sports Complex in Mullingar.
In-person consultations will be held on the 20th and 21st of February from 3pm to 8pm at the Westmeath County Council building in Mullingar.
There is also an online sports needs assessment, which will be open from Tuesday, and closes on the 27th.
