The incident took place at around 8pm on Thursday night.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a crash in Offaly last night.
The incident, involving two cars, took place on the M6 at junction 6 near Clara at around 8pm.
No injuries have been reported, and the road has been since cleared.
Gardaí say they're continuing to investigate.
