Tullamore is the highest in the region at 78 years based on just over 7,800 builds per year, followed by Kinnegad at 66 and Birr at just over 62.
Moate follows with an average wait of 55 years with 93 builds a year, Edenderry is seeing 118 builds which is just under 54 years and Graiguecullen-Portarlington is just under 44
The wait in Borris in Ossory- Mountmellick is at 42 years , with the lowest wait times recorded in Mullingar, Athlone and Portlaoise with a 20 and 17 year wait respectively.
