Rose Of Tralee Makes Blossoming Start To Dancing With The Stars

The duo achieved the top score on the competition’s opening night.

It looks like the Rose of Tralee is blossoming in this year's Dancing with the Stars.

Reigning Rose and Laois Rose, Katelyn Cummins  is giving her sash a break to put on her dancing shoes, alongside her professional dancer Leonardo Lini, the pair got the highest score of 31 during the opening night of the competition. 

Tullamore's Tolü Makay, also received a high score from the debut night of the competition, receiving 27 points from the judges, alongside professional partner, Maciej Zieb.

Fr Ray Kelly, former Dancing with the Stars Contestant from Tyrrellspass, says a great bond forms between celebrity and pro dancers.
