It will be in effect from 10am to 8pm.
The midlands will be bracing for stormy conditions tomorrow, as Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow Wind Warning.
Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, as well as the rest of Leinster, Cavan and Monaghan will be affected by the alert from 10am tomorrow morning, until 8pm in the evening.
Met Éireann is warning of strong and gusty winds which could cause disruption and travelling difficulties.
Offaly's Cathal Nolan, from Ireland's Weather Channel, says if the storm reaches a Status Orange warning, it could be named Storm Elin:
